Skywatch Friday
A new sign in the sky. Last week saw
the raising of a new sign in 'downtown'
Marathon. We have a new establishment, The Famous Burro,
and the owner had this sign commissioned.
In addition to a beautiful sign, it is well lit at night by
led and uses less electricity than a 100 watt standard
light bulb. Unfortunately I don't have
a night shot with the sign lit. I'll try to get one and
post it later.
Key point, notice the great blue sky in the background.

Thanks for the comments. The sky is usually this color out here in west Texas, and seldom cloudy. Yesterday, however it was raining. Most rainfall in 6 months. Night shots soon.
